Conference Housing is located just south of the Washington University Danforth campus, in an area referred to as the "South 40." During the academic year the South 40 is home to about 3000 residents in twenty-three Residence Halls, recreational space, computer clusters, campus eateries, and much more.
AATK Conference participants will stay in Shepley Dorm, a modern dorm comprised of suite-style rooms that share a bathroom. Each suite is single-sex and comprised of 4 single rooms. Four ADA accessible suites are available. Each floor has a common area and kitchen. There is a laundry room in the building. Each room is furnished with an extra long twin bed, dresser, desk and chair, closet, and night stand. Linen packages are provided and include a pillow, a lightweight blanket, two sheets, two towels, two washcloths, and a bar of soap. Rooms have air conditioning; if you feel the cold, please pack an extra blanket. All dorms and buildings at Washington University are smoke-free.
Conference participants MUST check in at the Summer Programs and Conference office (6618 Shepley Dr., St. Louis, MO 63105) to pick up their room key. The Summer Programs office is located on the first floor of Umrath House under the red awning. The office is open Mon-Fri, 9am-12 midnight. And Sat-Sun noon-midnight. Please notify us if you will arrive after midnight so we can make alternate arrangements. Click here for directions.

AATK registration and check in will be available from Thursday morning in the lower level of Seigle hall.
