Elsa Chanez (PhD candidate in Japanese Language and Literature) and Zihan Feng (PhD candidate in Chinese Language and Literature) are the recipients of the inaugural EALC Graduate Teaching Award for their excellence in teaching.

EALC established the award to honor and publicly recognize the outstanding teaching of its graduate students and the contributions they make to innovative teaching that enriches the lives of undergraduate students.
